After login, you can go to “Account" by clicking the top right corner (where your log-in name displays) to add/change your display name and contact information.
5) How can I place a new order?
Adding all the products to the shopping cart, you can click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner. Click "Proceed to Checkout" and you will be directed to "My Shopping Cart". Confirm your shopping list here and click "Proceed to Checkout" to proceed.
6) How can I check my order and previous order history?
After login, you can go to【Account】>【Orders】to check your current order status and past orders.
7) Can I place an order with non-member?
No. You can add items to the shopping cart before you register. We suggest you to register at our eShop to purchase your selected products and enjoy our delivery service.
8) Can I send an order to a different delivery address?
Yes. You can change or add delivery addresses in 【Account】>【Profile】, or you can do this at the "Delivery Address" page in checkout page. You can also change your default delivery address anytime on the same page. Please pay attention that each order can only be delivered to one single delivery address. To deliver items to an additional address, please place a new order in the eShop.

9) What is Promotion Code?

10) Can a Coupon Code be repeatedly used by same account?
